Contract Coordination - $400

Review executed contract to ensure all required elements are complete, including initials, disclosures, and signatures

Distribute an introductory email to all parties (lender, title, buyer or seller, and agents) with essential transaction details

Follow up with all parties during the transaction to ensure key deadlines are met (escrow, inspection, appraisal, loan and title commitment, etc.)

Respond to inquiries and emails promptly to address any questions or concerns
-
Send buyer HOA information and purchase application, if applicable

Follow up on status or repairs and gather receipts
-
Assist buyer in ordering a home warranty, if desired

Prepare necessary addendums and distribute them for signatures

Upload documents to broker compliance system

Send out Disbursement Authorization (DA) Letter

Coordinate closing and walkthrough

Ensure Buyer sets up utilities before closing

Confirm file is closed and funded
